Shipping Origin :- All orders ship from Bogotá, Colombia.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: 2–4 business days.
  • Made-to-order/custom pieces: Timelines are shared at checkout or in your confirmation email.

Delivery Times (estimates, after dispatch)

  • Colombia: 2–5 business days.
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days.
  • Europe (EU/UK): 6–12 business days.
  • Rest of world: 8–15 business days. Tracking is provided on all shipments.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can try to update addresses before a label is created; after that, changes are not guaranteed. Undeliverable or refused packages can be reshipped once returned to us; additional shipping costs may apply.

Whenever possible, we consolidate shipments and use minimal, recyclable packaging to reduce our footprint.

How to Start a Return

Email support@delzur.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll share next steps and a return address in Bogotá. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the product is defective.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different color/size/model, request an exchange in your email. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks can take 5–10 business days to post funds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a workmanship issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Customs Returns

For international returns, clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods.” Any customs fees charged back to Delzur may be deducted from the refund.
